Keeping pathogens at bay is the first step to an effective on-farm biosecurity program. An often-overlooked aspect, however, is the role of feed and feed ingredients. Feed is a proven transmission route for diseases that are detrimental to animal health and welfare – and the producer’s bottom line.

Kemin’s Feed Safety Forum has brought together a select group of industry stakeholders and experts in feed biosecurity over the past few years. The forum covers the latest in feed biosecurity, new research and practical steps to protect the feed supply chain and animals from existing and emerging threats.
