Paradigmox® antioxidants are a range of liquid and dry products specifically formulated to preserve fat and oil matrices, premix, concentrated, and finished feeds. There is a Paradigmox product to suit all diet types and systems, including natural, synthetic, semi-natural, and natural solutions suitabe for organic production.

Our Paradigmox products are unique as they combine both polar and apolar ingredients. This dual phase approach enables protection both within the lipid matrix and at the surface, where oxidative reactions are often initiated. By stabilizing these critical interfaces and the bulk phase simultaneously, oxidative degradation is significantly reduced, helping maintain the quality and stability of feeds, raw materials and, fats and oils.

Kemin’s Paradigmox Products  —  Antioxidants for All Diets and Systems

Kemin’s Paradigmox range comprises 3 main products:

1. Paradigmox Green - Natural antioxidants that mitigate feed oxidation and may help to prevent in vivo oxidative stress.


2. Paradigmox Blue - Strong antioxidants that work to stabilize vegetable oils.


3. Paradigmox White - Synthetic antioxidants that offer substantial protection to feed oil under stress test conditions.

Paradigmox® Green

Paradigmox Green is an all-natural antioxidant suitable for any production system, including organic. Paradigmox Green protects valuable nutrients in the feed, such as vitamins and pigments, and protects amino acids and lipids from oxidative reactions. This maintains the optimal diet quality and supports animal health, performance, and downstream carcass quality.

Paradigmox Blue

Paradigmox Blue is a semi-natural antioxidant solution containing a synergistic blend of natural tocopherols, rosemary extract, and propyl gallate. Paradigmox Blue is a highly effective solution that offers superior protection in highly unsaturated matrices. The product is available as both a liquid and dry product and contains both chain-breaking and metal chelating compounds to ensure optimal efficacy.

Paradigmox® White

Paradigmox White is a synthetic antioxidant containing a synergistic blend of butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT, propyl gallate (PG), and citric acid. . Paradigmox White is a highly effective solution that offers superior protection in unsaturated fat matrices. The product is available as both a liquid and dry product and contains both chain-breaking and metal chelating compounds to ensure optimal efficacy.

Paradigmox White vs. Vitamin E 

Many producers add additional vitamin E to the diet to help prevent feed oxidation and support the animal’s oxidative status. However, recent studies done at Kemin have demonstrated that dietary (esterified) vitamin E offered almost no protection to feed oil under stress test conditions. However, substantial protection was provided when Paradigmox White was added to the oil.
