BF320 - Antioxidant for Biodiesel Production
BF320 is a high-performance liquid antioxidant and metal chelator blend designed to enhance the oxidative stability of biodiesel fuels. Engineered for use with mono-alkyl esters derived from vegetable oils and animal fats, BF320 protects against peroxide formation and decomposition caused by oxidation. It's easy-to-use liquid format disperses uniformly and supports consistent biodiesel quality across various feedstocks.
BF320 stabilizes biodiesel by delaying oxidation through a dual mechanism: antioxidant molecules inhibit peroxide formation, while chelating agents neutralize pro-oxidant metals. This synergistic action protects fuel against degradation and preserves fuel quality, especially in biodiesel derived from high-risk or variable feedstocks.
