Karen Li

Vice President, Worldwide Marketing

Karen Li is vice president of worldwide marketing, a role she assumed in June 2021. Prior to this position, she was marketing director for Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health – China.

Before joining Kemin Industries, Li held various leadership positions at DSM and General Electric in China, serving across multiple functions, including marketing, market and key account development, business innovation incubation, mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Li has experience in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer industries. Previously, she worked for Coca-Cola in China and Towers/Russel Investment Consulting in Australia, where she drove business and market development through cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Li earned a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing and finance and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney in Australia. She received a graduate diploma from the College of Laws and was an admitted legal practitioner in New South Wales, Australia.
