Extending the shelf life of chicken cutlets with FORTIUM® R-WS 20 Liquid

This study compares the effectiveness of FORTIUM R-WS 20 Liquid, a natural rosemary extract, against ascorbic acid in preserving pre-fried chicken cutlets. FORTIUM R-WS 20 significantly reduces oxidation and improves flavour stability, extending shelf life by three additional days compared with traditional antioxidants.
