This study demonstrates how FORTIUM® R-WS20 Liquid, a natural rosemary extract, effectively stabilizes the colour of potato flakes during ambient storage. Untreated flakes faded within two months, while those treated with FORTIUM R-WS20 retained their yellow colour for at least six months. The study also shows a clear dose-response benefit, with 1200 ppm offering greater protection than 800 ppm.
