FORTRA is a water-soluble plant-based extract derived from a proprietary variety of Mentha spicata L. (spearmint extract). This plant-derived extract has both flavouring and antioxidant properties that promote colour stabilization and delay lipid oxidation in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, dairy, flavourings, emulsions, and other highly aqueous foods.
