Global Feed Enzymes Internal Summit Showcases One Kemin Approach

At Kemin, innovation doesn’t happen in silos. It happens when global teams come together with a shared vision and purpose. In April 2026, colleagues from Kemin’s Animal Nutrition and Health business units around the world participated in the Global Feed Enzymes Internal Summit, an immersive event designed to align strategy, science, and execution across the feed enzymes portfolio.

“I truly learned a lot through the valuable discussions and presentations," said Eileen Han, PhD, Marketing Director, Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health, Asia Pacific. "It was a great opportunity to exchange insights and strengthen collaboration across the teams.”

Key Takeaways

  • Collaboration accelerates innovation. Through technical discussions, workshops, and shared learning, the Global Feed Enzymes Internal Summit showed how cross-functional teamwork helps turn ideas into action.
  • Kemin continues to invest in enzyme leadership. The visit to the Jining facility highlighted Kemin’s expanding capabilities and long-term commitment to advancing enzyme science globally.
  • Technical expertise creates practical value. Kemin’s Customer Laboratory Services (CLS) help connect enzyme science to real-world conditions, giving customers greater confidence in application and performance.

Inside Kemin’s Global Feed Enzymes Internal Summit

Hosted in Qufu, China, the Global Feed Enzymes Internal Summit created space for open dialogue, hands‑on workshops, and knowledge sharing focused on where the feed enzymes market is heading. Interactive sessions reinforced the value of collaboration across marketing, R&D, sales, and regional teams ensuring that innovation, messaging, and execution move forward together.

Participants also visited Kemin’s new enzymes and fermentation facility in Jining. This was the first internal global event since the site was officially obtained by Kemin in September 2025 as part of a strategic acquisition.

Enzyme Internal Summit

The summit deepened Kemin’s already strong global enzyme community and reinforced the One Kemin mindset to support customers with confidence and consistency worldwide.

“I am incredibly proud of what was achieved at our first Global Feed Enzymes Internal Summit,” said Michelle Lim, President, Kemin Enzymes. “Bringing together our global teams in one place allowed us to align a bold vision, challenge each other with deeper technical discussions, and build real momentum for the future. With clear priorities and stronger collaboration across regions, we are well positioned to accelerate our enzymes platform and deliver consistent, science-backed value to customers worldwide. This summit reinforced my confidence that we have the right capabilities, people, and ambition to position Kemin as a leading force in the enzymes industry.”

Decades of Enzyme Expertise

For more than 40 years, Kemin has advanced enzyme science to improve feed efficiency, nutrient utilization, and sustainable animal nutrition. Kemin’s expertise reaches beyond feed enzymes, bringing solutions to industries including aquaculture, food technologies, textiles, and biofuels, all supported by global research, fermentation, formulation, and application capabilities. This broader platform reflects Kemin’s long-term investment in enzyme science and its ability to translate technical expertise into practical, market-ready solutions across industries.

Where Enzyme Expertise Meets Practical Application

That depth of enzyme expertise is further strengthened by Kemin’s Customer Laboratory Services (CLS), which helps customers bridge the gap between product selection and real-world performance. By combining laboratory expertise with practical application insight, CLS helps customers better understand feed ingredient variability, evaluate factors that can influence enzyme effectiveness, and make more informed decisions about how enzyme solutions fit their specific production goals. This added layer of support reflects Kemin’s commitment to delivering not only enzyme innovation, but also the technical partnership customers need to apply it with confidence.

  • Kemin can support analysis of feed ingredients and substrates to identify where enzyme solutions may provide the most value.
  • CLS can help troubleshoot variability in formulations or raw materials that may affect expected enzyme performance.
  • Technical teams can provide guidance on factors such as diet composition, processing conditions, and production goals that influence enzyme application.
  • Laboratory insights can help customers connect scientific data to practical decisions in real-world feed mill environments.
