Improve Color Stability of Fresh Ground Beef with Acerola Cherry Extract and Green Tea Extract

The objective of this study was to develop and test a blend of acerola cherry extract and green tea extract (NaturFORT™ AGT), against untreated ground beef in delaying color loss in oxygen-permeable overwrap packaged ground beef under simulated retail display.
