Emily Fuerst, R&D Director at Kemin Crop Technologies
Emily is a respected scientist in her field. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Nevada, Reno, Master of Science in Entomology from Iowa State University, and an Executive Master of Business degree from the University of Iowa. Emily has been working at Kemin for over 15 years. She started in the Discovery Research, developing enzymes and molecules of interest to Kemin with the molecular engineering and biochemistry teams and successfully created finished product formulations for different industries. Emily is now responsible for leading new and innovative crop technology solutions development that ensure protection from pests, enhance plant defense systems, and improve nutrient utilization. Leveraging insights from Kemin's plant science program, she works with integrated pest management (IPM) managers, plant health specialists, and pest control advisers (PCAs) to understand their challenges and ensure Kemin's products meet their needs.
David Holden, PCA and consultant at Holden Research and Consulting
David Holden has over 40 years of experience working as a PCA and Agricultural Production Consultant who has worked with many crops and has specialty experience working with avocados, berries, citrus, vegetables, and wine grapes. David is an experienced public speaker, has served on several ag-related boards, worked with numerous commissions, and has traveled throughout the country and abroad to present his research. Holden Research and Consulting (HRC) is owned and operated by David Holden in Ventura County, CA. HRC conducts many field research projects every year for various agricultural manufacturers in pest and nutrient management in traditional and organic farming and has completed over 1500 of these projects. In the past ten years, HRC has specialized in research working with biopesticides, biofertilizers, and biostimulants. HRC has also worked with the California Avocado Commission, California Celery Commission, California Pepper Commission and the University of California.

To earn the DPR CE hour, Kemin Crop Technologies will provide all attendees who take the webinar course with a final exam. Attendees are required to pass with at least 70% correct responses. A certificate of completion will be delivered to all licensees upon passing the exam. Attendees may retake alternate versions of the exam until they successfully pass.
