HERENTALS, Belgium – Kemin will introduce BactoCEASE™ NV Liquid at Food Ingredients Europe in Paris next week.  BactoCEASE™ NV Liquid is a label friendly, buffered vinegar preparation for the control of Listeria monocytogenes and other food-borne pathogens in processed meat and poultry products as well as some fresh meat applications.
