We design each liquid micro-ingredient applicator system to satisfy the unique characteristics of each customer site. It starts with a facility site survey by an experienced Kemin equipment engineer. The information gathered from the survey is integrated into a design that takes into account the layout, control systems, production flow and existing equipment at the site.

Kemin equipment installers arrive at your site with a system that’s ready to install. Even with complicated installations, we typically have a system up and running in less than two working days. Disruption to a plant’s daily workflow is minimal. Yet we encourage involvement of on-site staff during the installation process for both the educational and future support value it affords.
After installation, the Kemin Equipment Group provides continued support to optimize our customer’s investment in Kemin-designed equipment and the Kemin branded products it applies. All industrial equipment experiences wear and tear. So we continue to be available to counsel local staff in their process of maintenance and trouble-shooting.
