The Kemin Customer Service (CS) Department stands ready to take your order for products or to put you in touch with the person who can answer your questions about our product and services. Working with your Key Account Manager (KAM), the Customer Service team’s objective is to help make your buying experience with Kemin complete and satisfactory.


Customer Service can assist you with:

  • Invoicing and billing questions
  • Product delivery time and product quality at delivery
  • Email or mailbox product ordering
  • MSDS and Product Specification Sheets
  • Product information requests

Members of the CS team now include:

Eileen Kaluza, Customer Service Manager (515-559-5362), brings more than ten years of consumer marketing experience to Kemin. In addition to managing the department, Eileen works closely with the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in assisting new Kemin customers. Eileen welcomes your comments and suggestions on how we can better meet your needs.


Three individual CSRs are paired with specific Kemin Account Managers and their customers to help facilitate a closer working relationship.

  2. Wendy Clark, Customer Service Representative (CSR).
  3. Ninette Ross, Customer Service Representative (CSR).
  4. Rosa Coss Y Leon,  Customer Service Representative (CSR).

When you call into our Customer Service hotline 1– 800-752-2864 – the brief voice instructions in the telephone system will simplify reaching your assigned CSR. If your representative is unavailable, you can simply press “zero” to automatically transfer to the next available CSR.

The order taking, processing and invoicing is consolidated so that any member of the team can answer your questions. And we give you that one hotline number to call for answers to all of your order, delivery and billing questions.
