Improving the Functional and Nutritional properties of milk through Dairy Cow Nutrition
Professor Ian Givens, Reading University

Professor Givens is to give a presentation on work he has carried out at Reading including the use of their  Pilot Milk Processing Plant. He has studied the effect of Dairy Cow dietary components on the nutritional  properties of milk including  mono and saturated fat levels . Professor Givens will also talk about other studies looking at Vitamin levels in cow diets and their effect on the Vitamin content of  milk.
