Dr. Henri Rulquin

Dr. Henri Rulquin graduated from Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grignon in Animal Nutrition and from the University of Paris in Human and Animal Nutrition. He became a State Doctor of the University of Rennes in Life Sciences in 2002.

Currently Dr. Rulquin is a Senior Researcher in a joint Research Unit INRA-Agrocampus Dairy Nutrition in Saint Gilles in France. His ‘Team Biolait’ (Integrative Biology of Lactation) is built around 5 researchers, 3 teachers/researchers, 1 post-doc and 4 PhD students.

Dr. Rulquin has special interest in the manipulation of milk composition by dietary treatments , modeling the mammary metabolism and building a practical system for feeding dairy cows using AADI (Amino Acids Digestible into the small Intestine) and the prediction of milk composition.
