Dr. Francis Enjalbert |
| Dr. Francis Enjalbert is Professor in Animal Nutrition at the National Veterinary School of Toulouse in France. He is responsible for the department ‘Elevage et produits, Santé Publique Vétérinaire’. He especially is involved in the education of veterinarians in alimentation of all domestic animals. In post university courses he focuses on the nutrition of dairy cows. Dr. Enjalbert graduated as veterinarian in animal nutrition in France. And holds following titles Diplomat from the European College of Veterinarians and Comparative Nutrition; Doctor of the ‘Institut national Polytechnique de Toulouse’ and Capacitation to Steer the Researches. His research work in a joined effort from INRA / ENSAT / ENVT focuses on the microbial digestion of lipids in the rumen of the dairy cow. Other industry activities: |
