Ir. Robert Bennett

Ir. Robert Bennett acts as the Technical and marketing advisor of Kemin in a large number of countries for MetaSmart, Smartamine and Microvit Supra Ruminant. Bennett holds a degree of “Ingénieur Agronome” from the Paris-Grignon National Agronomy Institute (INAP-G), equivalent to a M.Sc. degree in Animal Science, as well as further professional training in animal nutrition, marketing, finance and project and business management.

Robert Bennett started his career with a major premix, mineral and feed company in Western France, first as ruminant nutritionist, then as a formulator. He then moved to the feed additives industry, first with Eastman Chemicals, as technical manager for France, then with Rhône-Poulenc Animal Nutrition, which has since become Adisseo.

Within Rhône-Poulenc Animal Nutrition / Adisseo, Ir. Robert Bennett started as project manager for the development of Smartamine™, then became product manager, first in Europe then in the USA. Upon returning to Europe, he became business manager for Smartamine™, later he also took on responsibility for the development of MetaSmart™, leading to his current position.
