Mr. Javier Mateos Aguado is Agronomy Engineer by the University of Madrid (E.T.S.I. Agrónomos) and he has  been  updating  his  knowledge  with  a  master  in  Animal  Nutrition  in  Monogastrics  and  Commercial training.

Mr. Mateos started his commercial contacts already during his studies collaborating in different EU programmes under the CDTI- EUREKA project.

His first commercial experience was carried out at CSA Consultores taking care of the agrifood services which helped him to join PIC Western Europe in 1997. In this company he developed different projects at Finance, Marketing and  Commercial levels at different European Countries (Germany, Denmark, UK, France). After these projects he took responsibility not only for the development of the customer service department but also the re-organisation of the transport and  logistic department inside PIC Western Europe.

Since 2005, Mr. Mateos is working at Kemin Iberica as Technical Service Manager taking care of customer support and technical development in Spain. He also actively participates with Kemin Europa (Belgium) on technical support and product  development.
