Kemin Agrifoods India seeks for a motivated and outgoing individual who can proactively achieve the major sales targets set for the designated territory and the stated objectives of profitability and growth and expand the customer base; he who ensures the overall development of sales of the Kemin’s products by providing high quality and continued services to all our customers

Position Title:  Territory Sales Executive – Sales Poultry
Report to:  Regional Sales Manager
Territories Vacant: Karnal – Haryana, Hyderabad

Qualifications & Experience: The ideal candidate should be graduate in Agriculture / Science / Poultry Science & Animal Health, with minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in selling any veterinary products /Poultry Products/ Feed supplements or related field in and around respective territories.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
• Should have an excellent written and oral communication.
• Takes initiative to improve business/self.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all functional groups inside and outside Kemin.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision and possess the ability to learn quickly and support company sales policies and    procedures.
• Working knowledge of computer will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in local language and English is essential.
• Should be strong in sales and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive to achieve sales targets set out as per the annual sales plan.
• Implement all job responsibilities as per the strategy plan.
• Identify new and potential customers covering whole territory. 
• Increase market share by introducing new products to the existing customers and new customers.
• Monitor and report on market activity, competitor activity and new products.
• Retain all existing customers and to demonstrate products and attempt to win new markets.
• Required to send weekly comprehensive reports on calls made and results obtained.
• Strictly ensure that businesses outstanding are collected within the specified time frame.
• Acting as an information channel between a company and potential customers.
• Demonstrate excellence in communication skills and influencing skills.
• To serve customers with great passion.                                             

Working environment Conditions: The position needs to travel extensively within territory and requires tremendous flexibility.
