As a member of the Regulatory Section of the R&D team you will assist in the preparation and submission of registration dossiers. You will also play a role in selected research projects in which your scientific and regulatory expertise will prove valuable to accelerate the innovation process. You will assist in the design, planning and follow-up of research and development projects in view of future registration. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordination of research projects in which the regulatory focus is very important
• Design, Follow-up and analysis of animal trials
• Writing and co-ordination of registration dossiers
• Design and follow-up of laboratory research in collaboration with the R&D Managers
• Collaboration and coordination with other Kemin Business Units, and third-party research partners
• Participate in workgroups and attend meetings concerning registration and legislation of additives
• Align with Marketing Department the European Strategic Plan.  Regularly follow-up with them on the commitments.
• Give regulatory and scientific support to the New Product Planning and Development Manager
• Follow-up of the legislation, which is relevant for the Kemin products
• Gathering information in order to advise management concerning registration and legislation
• Assure that  technical information of products is in accordance with the legislation

These responsibilities require a limited amount of international travel.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
• University degree (  Master of Engineering or PhD)
• Good knowledge  about feed and/or food legislation
• Experience in registration processes, legislation and drawing up and co-ordination of such dossiers
• Able to work with statistical data
• Fluent in Dutch, English.
• Good networking with the purpose to be always aware of future changes in legislation
• Good management-capacities: team player, manage and motivate
